We offer small-group classes for dogs of all ages and experience levels! Each class is approximately 45 minutes long, capped at just 5 dog–handler teams to ensure personalized support. Dogs must be okay around strangers and other dogs.
Basic Manners (All Ages)
Our Basic Manners class helps dogs of any age learn or refresh foundational skills. Dogs will practice cues like sit, down, and stay, develop calm settling and engagement with their handler, explore the use of toys and play, and learn to communicate effectively through body language. This six-week class is $175 and perfect for dogs who want to improve their manners in a positive, structured setting.
Leash Manners & Polite Greetings
This class helps dogs walk calmly on leash and greet people politely. Teams will practice engagement exercises, pattern games, and explore helpful equipment to make walks more enjoyable. The five-week class is $145 and designed for dogs ready to improve their on-leash manners.
Junior Handler Basic Manners (Under 18)
For junior handlers, this class teaches foundational skills, safe handling, polite greetings, leash skills, recall, and understanding canine body language. An adult must attend to support learning and safety. This six-week class is $175 and ideal for kids who want to build confidence, teamwork, and responsibility with their dog.
Teenage Manners
Designed specifically for adolescent dogs (4-8 months), this class teaches foundational cues, polite greetings, dismissing distractions, and skills for calm, relaxed behavior. Handlers will also learn about canine body language, continued socialization, and common adolescent challenges. This six-week class is $175 and ideal for puppies navigating the adolescent stage.
Dog Aware
(Dogs & Storks® / Dogs & Toddlers™)
This education-focused class helps families confidently and safely navigate life with dogs and children. Topics include canine body language, dog-aware skills, supervision strategies, Grumble & Growl Zones, and practical management for everyday situations. Offered virtually and in person, this four-week class is for handlers/guardians only, with each session approximately 45 minutes.
Flight Training
This class teaches dogs a powerful coping skill—how to calmly move away from stress, pressure, or over-arousal. Dogs will learn a clear Flight Cue to disengage and return to a regulated state. Topics include stress and learning, handler mechanics, reinforcement strategies, and real-world applications, with round-robin style practice. Week one is handlers only, with dogs attending weeks two through four. The class runs for four weeks, with each session approximately 45 minutes.
Recall
Strengthen your dog’s recall and responsiveness in real-world situations. This five-week class focuses on teaching dogs to come when called reliably while building engagement and focus with their handler. The course is $145 and suitable for dogs who need a refresher or want to master reliable recall.
Nail Care
This class helps dogs and guardians build comfort and cooperation around nail trims. Topics include consent, the use of scratch boards, and step-by-step progressions toward cooperative nail care. The five-week class is $175 and includes a scratch board.
AKC Novice Trick Dog
Learn fifteen fun, AKC-recognized tricks while building teamwork, confidence, and focus. Teams may choose to test for the AKC Novice Trick Dog title at the end of the course. This five-week class is $145 and perfect for dogs who love to play and learn new skills.
AKC Canine Good Citizen
Prepare your dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen® test. This five-week class teaches the 10 skills required for the CGC title, emphasizing polite behavior, good manners, and responsible dog ownership. Testing is included. The class is $145 and suitable for dogs ready to demonstrate real-world skills.
